How we check

1. Offers come from each operator's own published promotion terms. We record the date we read them and the date each offer ends, and an offer disappears from the site the day after it ends.
2. Which states an operator serves comes from its terms. A state shows an offer only if the operator lists it.
3. State rules come from the statute, bill or regulator notice where we can find it, and every rule shows its source and the date we last checked it on the state law tracker.
4. Where promoting an offer isn't allowed, its button is hidden for visitors from that state. The information stays visible.
